Q + A

Can I bring my kids?

Yes! Let us know when you RSVP.

What about my dog?

Dogs are welcome too. That said, we want to keep everyone safe and comfortable and want to keep chaos to a minimum. Dogs must be good with humans, especially kids, and other dogs. If they aren’t, we still love them, but ask that you please leave them at home this time.

Do I need to bring anything?

We suggest you bring a blanket, jacket and/or umbrella if you tend to get cold and in case it rains; a flashlight if you're parking outside the gate; and we recommend you bring some of your own alcoholic beverages. Keeping it classy with BYOB. If you're camping, bring whatever you'll need to be comfortable.

Will there be an open bar?

We will provide some alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages but we won't be having a bar or bar tender. Please BYOB! We'll have coolers and ice if you need.

Did you register and should I bring a gift?

The short answer is, no. We ask that you please do not buy or bring a present, we already have all the things we need. Please shower us with LOVE or CASH only - both will be warmly accepted and greatly appreciated.

You're getting married at a campsite in May, what am I supposed to wear?

Casual, comfortable and weather appropriate. Comfortable shoes are also highly recommended.

What is the bathroom situation at the campsite?

There are two humble pit toilets on the lower level of the campsite. Sorry, no flush toilets or showers will be available.

Where should I park?

There are a couple of places to park. If you're comfortable with a five-minute walk along a gravel road, we ask that you park just outside the yellow gate on Riverbottom Rd and walk in. Bring a flashlight for the walk back. There is also parking space available down that gravel road on the upper level of the group campsite. Please ensure not to block the road or turn around area. If mobility and/or accessibility are at all a concern, let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.

If you have any questions at all, please let us know and we (Leanna) will get back to you as soon as we can!
